Our Support Plans with a Service Level Agreement ensures your team gets expert Support when needed thus making the most of your Investments. The plans can be used for consultancy, setup, configuration & implementation, and training. Your team can draw down on your support plan hours overtime.
Our Support Plans hours do not expire and are available to use until the last minute.
ADMIN SUPPORT
Minimum 10hrs Booking
- Act as your inhouse Zoho Admin
- Use for Zoho Admin-related tasks
- Support can be anything from, field change, errors, data loading, and installing native or 3rd party apps.
- Support hours are tracked in minutes
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
STANDARD HOURLY SUPPORT
Minimum 2 Hours Booking
- Raise support requests via e-mail, website chat, and phone call
- Maximum 5hrs response time
- Use for Consultation
- Use for Configuration
- Use for Training
- Support Hours are tracked hourly
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
10 HOURS STANDARD SUPPORT
10 Hours of Support
- Raise support requests via e-mail, website chat and phone call
- Maximum 5hrs response time
- Use for Consultation
- Use for Configuration
- Use for Training
- Use for development work such as custom function and integration

50 HOURS PREMIER SUPPORT
50 Hours Support Plan
- Raise support requests via e-mail, website chat, and phone call
- Maximum 2hrs response time

- Use for Development work such as custom functions and integrations
- Support Hours are tracked in minutes
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
HOW IT WORKS
Book support hours plan and then draw down against them for your implementation and ongoing support. You will be assigned an expert who will work on every support request from your team. The plans above can be used for implementation or/and post-implementation support. Whenever your team needs support, they can contact your assigned expert directly or leave your service support request via our contact page and we will respond within 2hrs with a status of the task or with a time frame to deliver on your request.
